How to Use Apple Intelligence on Mac - Step by Step Guide

In the update of macOS Sequoia 15.3 (24D60) on 27 January 2025, Apple introduced Apple Intelligence. This update brings a bunch of new AI features, like image generation and text writing. Also, you can create your custom emoji in the message app.

Before proceeding, you need at least 12 GB of free space on your Mac devices, a strong internet connection, and at least 50% battery if you're using a Macbook. And last, set your system language to English US or UK. Because Apple Intelligence is not supporting English India. Another thing to consider is Apple Intelligence, which is now available in BETA version, so it will not work sometimes as aspected.

Step 1 - Go to System Settings

It will take some time to download files from Apple repositories. The file size is 9.28 GB, so you need good internet speed. When the download is finished, the system will notify you. Also, you can see the Image Playgorund app in the Launchpad (App Menu).

Step 1 - Open Launchpad

Step 3 - Write some lines about what you want

Step 4 - Select all text by pressing command + A or select the paragraph thatyou want to modify

Now you can see many tools like Proofread, Rewrite, and more to modify your paragraph. You can use this tool wherever you want to write something, like an email or message.

• Proofread - It will correct spelling and grammar mistakes.
• Rewrite - This option will rewrite your paragraph with the help of Apple Intelligence.
• Friendly - This option will change your paragraphs to the friendly tone. Converted texts will look like friendly nature, so that reader can read your content with the happy feeling.
• Professional - This option will convert your texts into non-friendly texts. Converted texts can be read only if you're highly educated.
• Concise - This option will shrink your large content and reduce text count.
• Summary - It will create a summary of your selected texts.
• Key Points - It will create main points of your selected texts with bullet points.
• List - It will convert your texts into a list, but it will use all your selected texts.
• Table - It will convert your content into table format. You can use this table in another place.
